2026年　新年明けましておめでとうございます。

Happy New Year 2026
2023年の創業と始動以来、2025年も多くのみなさまのおかげさまで活動することができました。

2026年（第４期後期から第５期前期）は、これまで以上に事業環境の変化への対応が迫られる年になるのではと思っております。
・「外国人政策」がキーワード化し、大雑把に語られることが多くなった
・技能実習制度から育成就労への転換前年
・地政学的な緊張も続く
など、変化対応をしつつも、変えてはいけないこともしっかり肝に据えて、
愚直に精進を重ね、「日本に来てよかった」「受入れてよかった」を一つでも多く創造するように活動して参ります。
本年も引き続きよろしくお願い申し上げます。

Happy New Year 2026
Since our founding and launch in 2023, we have been able to continue our activities in 2025 thanks to the support of many of you.

We believe that 2026 (the second half of our fourth term and the first half of our fifth term) will be a year in which we will be forced to adapt to changes in the business environment more than ever before.

• “Foreigner policy” has become a key term and is often discussed in broad terms.
• This is the year before the transition from the Technical Intern Training Program to Developmental Employment.
• Geopolitical tensions continue.

While adapting to these changes, we must also keep in mind the things that must not change.
We will continue to work diligently and honestly to create as many people as possible who think, “I’m glad I came to Japan” or “I’m glad I accepted you.”
